Author Guidelines
Manuscript Submission
At Hoofddorp Research Center, we invite authors to submit original research, review articles, and case studies across a wide range of academic fields. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under simultaneous submission to any other journal. All manuscripts should be prepared in in Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing and 1-inch margins.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality. During the review, experts in the relevant field will assess the quality and rigor of the research. Based on the feedback received, the editorial team will make a decision on whether the manuscript is accepted, revised, or rejected. Authors are expected to respond to reviewer comments and revise their manuscripts accordingly.
Ethical Standards
Authors are required to adhere to the highest ethical standards in publishing. This includes submitting original content, avoiding plagiarism, and properly citing all sources. Authors must also disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence the review process. Hoofddorp Research Center follows strict guidelines to ensure academic integrity and will reject manuscripts found to contain any form of plagiarism, data manipulation, or self-plagiarism.
Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors retain the copyright of their work but grant Hoofddorp Research Center the right to publish and distribute the article under an open-access model. This allows the article to be freely available worldwide. Authors are required to sign a copyright agreement confirming their original work and granting us permission for publication. The article will be made accessible through our open-access platform, ensuring global visibility and readership.
Author Responsibilities
Authors must ensure that the manuscript complies with submission guidelines and ethical standards. This includes accurately reporting research data, acknowledging all contributors, and adhering to any conflict of interest disclosures. Additionally, authors must provide a final proof of the manuscript for review before publication. Any errors or discrepancies identified during the review or post-publication must be promptly addressed.
